ARGUSVILLE, N.D. (WDAY TV) - Authorities have arrested an Argusville man wanted for assaulting his girlfriend in a cornfield near Georgetown.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A judge has sentenced an Argusville man accused of choking and assaulting his girlfriend in a cornfield north of Georgetown last summer to seven years and two months in prison
In exchange for his guilty plea to simple assault, 33-year-old Peter Ihnken had four other charges against him dropped: two counts of domestic assault and two counts of criminal sexual conduct.
As part of the terms of his sentence, he is required to register as a predatory offender.
