Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo Police Department has taken a male into custody in connection with the assault that occurred at Davies High School on March 5th.
Borris Steven Dahn, 18, was arrested for simple assault, sexual assault, felonious restraint, and disorderly conduct. Felonious restraint is a Class C felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison and/or a $5,000 fine. Sexual assault is a Class A misdemeanor punishable by 1 years in jail and/or a $2,000 fine. Disorderly conduct and simple assault are both Class B misdemeanors punishable by 30 days in jail and/or up to a $1,000 fine.
