Another vote of no confidence against Shirvani

(WDAY TV) -- Another vote of no confidence against the chancellor of the state university system.
UND's Student Senate passed the no confidence vote against Hamid Shirvani 9-5 Sunday night. The student senate is citing alleged problems with Shirvani's leadership, including "a trend of fear." The North Dakota Student Association also passed a vote of no confidence.
And the state Senate has approved money to buy out the last 2-years of his 3--year contract. The state Board of Higher Education says it supports Shirvani.
