Hallock, MN, Man Injured in Crash

The State Patrol says a Hallock, MN, man was injured in an accident Sunday morning.
Guy Gustafson, 23, broke his hand as a result of the crash at about 5:30 a.m. Gustafson was traveling from Grand Forks to Hallock on Highway 11 as he fell asleep and ran off of the road west of Donaldson. His vehicle, a 2007 Lincoln MKX, rolled and came to rest on the eastbound lane, the State Patrol says. The vehicle was totaled in the crash.
Gustafson was wearing a seat belt and airbags were deployed. Gustafson broke his left hand and was transported to Altru Hospital in Grand Forks.
An accident report lists the road as being wet at the time of the accident.
