Fort Ransom (WDAY TV) -- A judge says there's enough probable cause for a murder case involving a Fort Ransom mother to move forward.

29-year-old Jodi Lindvall is charged with murder and child abuse. Lindvall's 22-month-old son died in September of head trauma.

The judge says her statements to police about what she saw and what happened are confusing. But the state has no evidence as to when or how older injuries occurred.
