Former St. Paul attorney accused of swindling from estate
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A former St. Paul attorney is charged with stealing from the estate of a deceased client.

Sixty-one-year-old Linda Ann Brost is charged with theft by swindle, identity theft, aggravated document forgery and insurance fraud. Brost was booked into the Ramsey County jail Tuesday.
A criminal complaint says Brost stole more than $46,000 from the estate of Arthur Fischbach. The St. Paul Pioneer Press says Brost was suspended from practicing law in 2009.
