(WDAY TV) -- North Dakota lawmakers could soon open the door to Medicaid, to cover an additional 20-thousand people.
The State House could give an "up or down" vote this week, on whether to expand Medicaid to cover more uninsured North Dakotans. The idea came up at a meeting last week, as part of the federal health care overhaul.
It'd take the state's Medicaid program from 65-thousand to 85-thousand people.
