Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Cass County morgue is on the growing list of potential new tenants for a building that used to house a grocery store.
Fargo city commissioners last night finalized the $3 million purchase of the former Sunmart and CVS pharmacy building at 13th avenue and 25th street south.
The building could house Fargo Cass Public Health, a Fargo police substation and the office of Cass County coroner, John Baird.
Fixing up the building will cost around $8 million.
