Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - The North Dakota and Minnesota Departments of Transportation have issued multiple closures of freeways in the area.
The North Dakota DOT has re-opened both the eastbound and westbound lanes of Interstate 94 from Jamestown to Valley City. I-29 from Grand Forks to the Canadian border has also been closed.
The Minnesota State Patrol has re-opened Interstate 94 westbound near the Barnesville exit.
