Grand Forks attorney can no longer practice law

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Grand Forks attorney is now unable to practice law, at his own request.

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Grand Forks attorney is now unable to practice law, at his own request.

Attorney Lee Finstad says he experiences a high degree to anxiety and flashbacks related to his PTSD. The court rulings call his symptoms chronic, and severe.

Clients will be notified, and a disciplinary counsel will name a trustee to take possession of Finstads files, and if needed, take on his clients.

Finstad specialized in veterans issues.
