Two Chaffee women are charged with child endangerment

21 year old Kimberly Schempp is charged with child endangerment and abuse or neglect of a child. Both felonies. Her mother, 54 year old Linda Schempp faces charges of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
In November, 4 men assaulted and robbed the women at their home. In early January, Officers found the drugs during a search warrant. They say 2 children, both under 5 were living in extremely dirty conditions, trash throughout the house, and animal feces in the bedroom.
