Sanford sues Norberg

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Sanford Health is suing Jon Norberg, trying to get back hundreds of thousands of dollars.

    Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Sanford Health is suing Jon Norberg, trying to get back hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Sanford Health is suing Jon Norberg, trying to get back hundreds of thousands of dollars.

The claim states Norberg should have informed Sanford he was under investigation before it bought his practice. Sanford alleges that Norberg negotiated a deal to sell his business for 276-thousand dollars.

He also got a low-interest loan from Sanford for 374 thousand dollars related to his employment agreement. Sanford wants all of the money back immediately.
