Fergus Falls, MN (WDAY TV) -- An enhanced assisted living facility in Fergus Falls gets a facelift.
The Woodland Lodge, previously known as the Hospice House, showed off its 11-thousand square foot addition and other upgrades. LB Homes acquired the property and more than doubled the number of rooms available, bringing the total to 33.
They also added a great room, chapel, spa, and play area for kids. The lodge is mostly for those 55 and older..but it also offers five hospice rooms for anyone over 18.
John Zwiers, LB Homes Chief Operating officer says, "so what we've done is we have kept what we had and added more services so that more people can enjoy what we have."
The first residents move in tomorrow..and the lodge still has rooms available.
