Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Interstates that were shut down by the blizzard in the eastern Dakotas have nearly all reopened.
The exception is I-29 from Fargo to the South Dakota border, in red on this map. The interstate is open from the border to Sioux Falls.
In Minnesota, I-94 reopened earlier this afternoon. Roads highlighted in purple on this map indicate difficult driving conditions, which covers a large section to our east and south.
Many roads in the valley remain snow and ice covered. Drive with caution.
