Thompson, ND (WDAY TV) - A Thompson, North Dakota man charged with neglect and abuse of a child, now faces a new charge.
Thirty-two year old James Hume is accused of threatening to hurt a female witness from Fargo. Authorities say Hume was living in a garage with 3 young children without running water and dangerous chemicals nearby.
The attached house where the children bathed was filled with 50 cats, 5 dogs, chickens, birds, rabbits, ducks, geese, a snake, turtle and urine and feces everywhere. The little girls were 5, 3, and 3.
