Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- Students are learning first-hand the dangers of texting and driving.
At West Fargo High School, teens climbed into a virtual reality simulator.
A-T-and-T has a program called "It can wait." It teaches students to set down their cell phones while on the road.
A computer shows what students would happen, if they weren't paying attention.
Garrett Flynn, West Fargo High School senior, says, " It just seemed like how dangerous it could be. I hit like two cars, probably hit a pedestrian too. Caused all kinds of road hazards."
The simulator will be set up at Maple Valley School, in Buffalo, tomorrow.
