Football party is geared for family in Grand Forks

Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- About a hundred football fans watched the big game at the LISTEN Drop In Center in Grand Forks.
Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) -- About a hundred football fans watched the big game at the LISTEN Drop In Center in Grand Forks.
It was a family party, with plenty of food, games and football. It's goal is to provide an space where people with disabilities can feel welcome, and have some fun.
The center's manager says events like this are made possible by private donations and local businesses.
Carla Tice, manager, says, " People with or without disabilities can come together and learn from each other and just share their gifts, and be part of the community."
The center has been around for more than 40 years.
