Andy Warhol showcase opens at the Plains Art Museum

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The Plains Art Museum is kicking off a new exhibit.

Today, students got the first look at the Andy Warhol showcase. Many of the pieces displayed are screen prints. Meaning there are multiple different layers of color. The exhibit sports an interactive factory. And some artwork you might even recognize.

Megan Johnston says, "Superman, mickey mouse. But we've also got some really interesting works that we think will resonate with the plains. geronimo, sitting bull, Teddy Roosevelt. And everyone will have fun if they come to this exhibition."

The exhibit is open to the public beginning tomorrow.
