Barnesville, MN (WDAY TV) -- A semi truck slams into a car on I-94, sending both vehicles into the median, but no one to the hospital.

Both the semi and car were traveling eastbound on the interstate this afternoon where state troopers say road conditions were slick. A truck driver rear-ended a vehicle on a railroad overpass near the Barnesville exit, where both ran into the median.

Both vehicles are extremely damaged...but luckily no one was injured.

Sgt. Jesse Grabow with the Minnesota Highway Patrol, says, "even if you look at where the semi did come to a stop on that railroad overpass, it was probably just a hundred feet or so shy of that opening going down to the railroad overpass itself. So again, very fortunate. This could have been a lot worse."

State troopers say low visibility and blowing snow likely played a factor.
