Grand Forks, ND (WDAY TV) - A former Grand Forks police officer who was accused of holding a gun to another man's head is pleading not guilty.
27-year-old Jace Prelip faces a mandatory minimum sentence of two years in prison if convicted of terrorizing.
Prelip resigned from the police force after the incident, which happened at his home after a few people went out to the bars on August 29th.
Court reports say the former officer held a handgun against the head of a UND student.
