Snow leaves area businesses cleaning up

Hawley, MN (WDAY TV) - Muscatel-Burns in Hawley had a lot of cleaning up to do this morning. The staff was out shortly after sunrise, using special soft brooms to pull off close to 6 inches of snow from the cars and trucks. It would take most of the day.

Hawley, MN (WDAY TV) - Muscatel-Burns in Hawley had a lot of cleaning up to do this morning. The staff was out shortly after sunrise, using special soft brooms to pull off close to 6 inches of snow from the cars and trucks. It would take most of the day.

First, a truck had to clear a path for the crew, and that was just the beginning. Cars were cleaned of snow, started up and moved, as more of the lot was cleared - all so that a couple of hundred cars looked like new again.

The crews just don't clear the snow from the cars; all the trucks and cars are started and moved, so all snow is removed.
