Six semifinalists named for Lake Region State president
DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — Six semifinalists have been named for the president's position at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake.
DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) — Six semifinalists have been named for the president's position at Lake Region State College in Devils Lake.
The Grand Forks Herald reports that they include interim President Doug Darling and officials from New York, Maine, Arizona, Kansas and Idaho. They will be invited to the campus for interviews Feb. 19-20, and a search committee will then forward the names of three finalists to the state Board of Higher Education.
Former president Mike Bower left last summer to become the president of Owens Community College in Ohio.
