West Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- The State Supreme Court has upheld the conviction of a West Fargo landlord, who ran over his former tenant with a hummer.
75 year old Al Vetter was convicted of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 2-years in prison.
Justices found sufficient evidence to convict Vetter of running over 31-year-old Brian Hemphill in 2011. Vetter argued automobiles aren't in the list of dangerous weapons in state law.
