(WDAY TV) -- A Lakota, North Dakota farmer has reached a deal to keep him, and his 4-children, out of jail.
56-year old Rodney Brossart has pleaded guilty to damaging a sheriff's car during his arrest in June 2011. He'll pay 1-thousand dollars for the damage.
Brossart and his 4 children were arrested after a stand-off with authorities,
when he refused to return cows that had wandered onto his land. The judge still has to sign off on the plea agreement.
