Tough travel conditions in Minnesota and North Dakota

(WDAY TV) -- Both the North Dakota and Minnesota DOT say you need to be extremely careful on the roads tonight.

North Dakota DOT issued a no travel advisory for any place north of Grand Forks. High winds are causing zero visibility, and creating snow drifts.

And it's the same story in West-central Minnesota. The DOT says drivers are facing near white-out conditions.
