Parts of North Dakota under blizzard warning

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Much of north-central North Dakota is under a blizzard warning.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — Much of north-central North Dakota is under a blizzard warning.

The National Weather Service in Grand Forks says a powerful arctic cold front is expected to move quickly through the region Saturday. Northerly winds will increase to 25 to 35 mph.

Ground blizzard conditions are expected in the northern Red River Valley and into the Devils Lake basin.

Dangerous wind chill temperatures are expected to develop Saturday evening as temperatures fall below zero.
