Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A level 3 sex offender has moved.
Jordan Earring now lives at 1122 2nd avenue south in Fargo.
Earring was convicted in 2006 in Morton County of Gross Sexual Imposition. His victim was a 15 year old female he knew.
