Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - For many pet owners, the thought of losing their 4-legged friend is unimaginable.
For a Florida family and their dog, that was a 2 year reality until their mastiff Endo was found in Wisconsin, 1,500 miles from home. The miracle happened thanks to a microchip, available at all veterinarian offices across the F-M area.
Doctors can implant these small chips between a pet's shoulders. If the animal escapes and is found, the chip is scanned and connected to the owner, address, and telephone number.
