Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Fargo police have a reminder: Snowmobiling in city limits is against the law.
The ordinance prohibits the use of snowmobiles on city property, except on land owned or leased by the operator. Drivers must be 16 years of age. You can't ride before 7 in the morning or after 10 at night. You can only have a driver and one passenger. You can't pull a sled, toboggan or other similar device.
