(WDAY TV) -- The Class B boys basketball regular season has less than a month left in it and there are plenty of local contenders to make it to Minot.

One of those teams is 6th ranked Oak Grove, who missed out on state last year. The Grovers brought back 7 seniors from a squad that lost in the region title game and have raced out to a 7-2 start this year.

Tyler Christianson, Oak Grove Sr. Forward, says, "Our passing is great to each other, we've been playing with each other for many years, a big part of our team is we have depth, we have ten guys, we get tired we sub them in and we have confidence in other players."

Kyle Card, Oak Grove Head Coach, says, "It's really beneficial especially

late in games, when we make our runs and when we get them tired, we see a guy tired we take them out put someone else in our depth is really to our advantage."
