Ron Breberg says his 67-year-old wife Nancy of Centerville is on a breathing tube, sedated and getting fluids as part of the recovery process. She has frostbite on her feet but no other serious injuries.
According to police, after the car overturned, Breberg could not get her door open or crawl out a broken window. She was trapped with her feet in the water until a bicyclist found her Saturday.
