The Kindred couple recently sold the home to a family from the Twin Cities for more than $400,000.
Kindred, ND (WDAY TV) - A Kindred couple's dream home has turned into a cash cow. The Gilbertsons won the West Fargo home, part of a giveaway by Great Plains Integrated Marketing and Designer homes.
They recently sold the home to a family from the Twin Cities for more than $400,000. The Gilbertson's never moved into the home, but they did spend some time there. They've decided to take the money and upgrade their home in Kindred, take a vacation and help defray the cost of college for their kids and relatives.
The president of Designer Homes says they plan to do another give-away, possibly every 2 to 3 years.
