Moorhead cancels Parks and Recreation programming

MOORHEAD - All Moorhead Parks and Recreation programming has been cancelled for today and Saturday.
This includes youth basketball, swimming lessons, learn to skate lessons, outdoor skating rinks and warming houses.
Normal schedules are expected to resume on Sunday.
