Ottertail, MN (WDAY TV) - An Ottertail, Minnesota man has been sentenced to 12 years in prison for engaging in sex acts with a girl under the age of 13.
Authorities say 55 year-old Mark Yeo had sexual contact with the girl since she was in 6th grade in 2009. Yeo was stopped going into Canada with information on 3 date rape drugs and teenage prostitution.
Yeo must register as a sex offender, have no contact with the victim and her family, and must complete sex offender treatment.
