Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Attorneys for a Fargo man accused of raping a woman want a judge to suppress evidence seized from his home.
Trial for 46 -year-old Richard Haaland Junior starts April 30th. It could last three weeks. Haaland is charged with criminal sexual conduct.
Prosecutors want jurors to see photos and a video Haaland made while allegedly peeping. They also want the jury to hear about a 1984 rape conviction.
The judge hasn't ruled on whether that evidence will be allowed at trial.
