New information on Dilworth's police chief could soon be released

Dilworth, MN (WDAY TV) -- We could learn more about the allegations against the Dilworth's police chief tomorrow.

The City Council will hold a closed meeting tomorrow at 4:30 for what it's calling preliminary consideration of allegations against Chief Josh Ebert.

As we told you last month, officers from the department introduced a letter at a city council meeting voicing the lack of confidence in his abilities - including his ethics, accountability and adaptibilty.

They wanted him to step down, or the city to make him. Ebert denied the claims and said he wouldn't step down.
