A sprinkler line break creates a mess in Fargo

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A sprinkler line break caused trouble on a busy Fargo street this morning.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A sprinkler line break caused trouble on a busy Fargo street this morning.

It doesn't look like much now, but traffic was backed up after a water line broke, sending water across the 18 hundred block of 42nd street. After it began freezing over, the northbound lane was closed off.

Crews scraped ice and slush away. Now, the area is clear.
