(WDAY TV) -- Oil issues will dominate this year's legislature.
That from North Dakota governor Jack Dalrymple. He says he will tackle how to spend oil tax revenue. Dalrymple's proposed 12 point 8 billion dollar budget addresses needs in the oil patch, like road work, and additional law enforcement.
The session starts Tuesday.
