Pelican Rapids, MN (WDAY TV) -- Deputies say a heating lamp is to blame for a fire that destroyed a barn north of Pelican Rapids.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff's Office says it happened about 2 yesterday afternoon. The victim, Becky Radtke, lost chickens, motorcycles, a tractor, and other items.
