Frisco, TX (WDAY TV) -- The Bison are once-again national champions, after one of the most exciting games in NDSU history.

We may be witnessing the start of a dynasty for NDSU football at the FCS level. The Bison out-coached and out-played Sam Houston State today in route to their 2nd consecutive national championship, the first time they've won back-to-back titles since 1985 and 1986.

Nearly 75 percent of the 21-thousand fans were clad in Green and Yellow.

A B-52 from the Minot Air Force base did the fly-over before kickoff.

2nd quarter, tied at 3, when the Bearkats pick on Marcus Williams, that doesn't work too often, the future NFLer makes his 17th career interception, becoming NDSU's new all-time leader.

That set up the first touchdown, Brock Jensen dinking and dunking from 20 yards out. The first of 3 rushing touchdowns, he was the MVP of the game.

It was 10-all at the half. Sam Houston got a touchdown called back on it's first possession of the third, and the very next play, Carlton Littlejohn makes a diving interception. That led to another score and a 17-10 lead.

NDSU scores 3 more touchdowns, Sam Ojuri in Beast mode, and runs through the entire Bearkats defense

One of the best runs you'll ever see, The Bison are national champions again, 39-13.
