Now NDSU students and all of Fargo will soon get a taste of a Red Pepper of their own. The taco shop hopes to open in the Happy Harry's Plaza in North Fargo by mid-February
The restaurant serves non-authentic Mexican food, such as tacos and tostados, but is most famous for its "grinders," which have been shipped to every state.
