Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A former NDSU linebacker will admit to indecent exposure.
Brandon Jemsion plans to change his plea to guilty next month on the 19th.
Prosecutors are not commenting on the deal.
Jemison is accused of exposing his genitals in front of a woman and children while sitting on a bench at West Acres over the summer. He was dismissed from the team.
