(WDAY TV) -- North Dakota's new congressman was sworn in along with the entire house body.
Republican Kevin Cramer replaced Rick Berg. Cramer defeated Pam Gulleson in his third campaign for a House seat.
If Gulleson had won, she would have joined 81 women in the house.
