Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) -- There's a surge of support from both North Dakotans and Minnesotans, hoping to help the families of those 6 men killed on I-94.

The accident happened last Wednesday near Jamestown. They died after the driver, from Missouri, lost control of their truck on a patch of ice, went thru a median and was sideswiped by a semi.

A Moorhead man is raising money for the victim's families. Some of the men were not from the U-S, simply here working to support their relatives.

Randy Kremer who started the fundraiser says, "pay for funeral expenses and get their loved ones back to Mexico and do that. Hopefully they get enough."

The fund-raising account is at Wells Fargo Bank. You can drop of money at any location, under the name Jamestown Accident Victims Donation.
