Jamestown, ND (WDAY TV) -- The Jamestown and Pipestem dams are great examples of just how dry our area is.
This is what things looked like in September of 2011. The U-S Army Corps of Engineer's dam manager says releases now are a mere trickle.
The corps hasn't released anything from the Jamestown Dam since June. And since November 1st, it's only been releasing 2 cubic feet per second out of the Pipestem Dam.
