Bismarck, ND (WDAY TV) -- A year long investigation leads to the owner, manager and 8 employees of a Bismarck skateboard shop charged with selling illegal synthetic drugs.
The owner is 59 year old Thomas Tepley, who also owns the Moorhead Discontent. Police say they started the investigation last January, after officers seized a package of synthetic marijuana from a man who claimed he bought it at the store.
Police say they sized several other packages over the months to follow, allegedly coming from the skate shop
