Mankato, MN (WDAY TV) -- A new development since 6: Minnesota State University, Mankato has notified Todd Hoffner that he won't be reinstated as head football coach.
The university informed Hoffner by letter that effective immediately, he will be reassigned to a job as assistant athletic director for facilities development. The announcement comes weeks after he was cleared of child porn charges for cellphone video of his children.
Hoffner did not respond to a request for comment. He has sued to keep the case files sealed.
