Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A bait and tackle shop on the west side of Otter Tail Lake is reduced to rubble.
A fire early this morning destroyed Ken's Tackle. A passerby reported smoke and flames coming from the roof of the business after 4 a.m.
The owner said he had recently been battling frozen water lines and had wrapped some lines with heat tape Tuesday. The building is a total loss.
