Sanford Children's hospital received anonymous packages today from
"Ted E. Bear." Inside... A handmade teddy bear. Children at the hospital have been receiving the cuddly bears around the holidays for 19 years now.
The only clue about the donor, a return address of Horace, North Dakota. The hospital says it's a mysterious tradition that thrills staff members, as much as it does the children and their families.
