Minnesota (WDAY TV) -- A Minnesota football coach, cleared of child porn charges, is now fighting a school suspension.
MSUM-Mankato's Todd Hoffner is being suspended 20-days, without pay by the university, beginning January 7th. A faculty organization has filed a grievance challenging the suspension, saying Mankato failed to follow progessive discipline, and had no cause to suspend him.
Hoffner has been on leave since videos of his naked children were found on his phone. A judge ruled they were not pornographic.
